In Missouri, AmerenUE's electric (generation and delivery) and natural gas delivery operations are regulated by the Missouri Public Service Commission. In Illinois, the three Ameren utilities—AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS and AmerenIP—responsible for delivery of electricity and natural gas to customers are regulated by the Illinois Commerce Commission.
