Ameren Missouri Deactivates Emergency Operations Center

Ameren Missouri deactivated its Emergency Operations Center, the headquarters for the utility's statewide storm restoration effort, as of 7 am today.

"Ameren Missouri was well prepared for the possibility that Thursday’s winter storm might cause power outages," says Michael Moehn, senior vice president, Customer Operations. “Given the minimal impact of the storm on electric service, we are releasing resources beginning this morning.”

Ameren Missouri encourages customers to practice safety when traveling on streets and highways. Customers without power, or those wanting to report other power-related issues, should call 1.800.552.7583.
