More Than 45,500 Ameren Missouri Customers Restored in Less Than 24 Hours

Currently, there are 5,700 Ameren Missouri customers without power after high winds caused trees and branches to fall on power lines yesterday. Crews continue to work safely and quickly to restore power to all customers by this evening.

“We are committed to serving our customers who weathered this storm and are also aware of the devastating damage in Illinois.” said Michael Moehn, senior vice president, Ameren Missouri Customer Operations. “Once clean-up in Missouri is complete, we plan to send our crews to help with the Ameren Illinois restoration efforts later today.”

Ameren Missouri has dedicated more than 1,000 workers to the restoration effort. Safety is always the top priority. Ameren Missouri wants to remind all customers of the danger of downed power lines. Stay clear of areas where lines are down and call 1.800.552.7583 to report any downed lines.

If you are still without power, please contact Ameren Missouri Customer Service by reporting your outage at AmerenMissouri.com/Outage or calling 1.800.552.7583.
