Ameren Missouri Continues to Battle the Cold Weather
Crews Stand Ready to Assist

Ameren Missouri Emergency Operations Center remains open to monitor the weather and respond to customer needs quickly and safely. During the past three days, crews have restored power to more than 19,300 customers. Currently, we have less than 375 customers that are without power. With the continued cold weather, the potential for more outages remain.

The safety of our customers and workers remain our top priority. "We have additional resources available  to respond  to customers experiencing outages and to monitor the system conditions," said Michael Moehn, senior vice president of customer operations at Ameren Missouri. "Due to the cold temperatures, some outages have taken longer to restore due to the demand on the system."

Customers need to report outages to 1.800.552.7583 or online at AmerenMissouri.com/outage. Our online map is updated every 10 minutes. For your safety, never approach a downed power line. Please report downed lines to 1.800.552.7583.

Warming centers have been sent up for anyone needing to escape the cold. Call 211 for a listing of the centers near you.
