Emergency Operations Center Deactivated As Crews Complete Restoration Efforts

Ameren Missouri closed its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at 7 p.m. tonight as crews worked to restore service to the remaining customers who lost power when heavy winds damaged trees and power lines Thursday. Crews will continue working tonight until all customers impacted by the storm have power.

Approximately 67,000 Ameren Missouri customers lost power over the course of the storm. Ameren Missouri workers from outstate assisted St. Louis Metro area crews in the hardest hit areas: north St. Louis City and St. Louis County, St. Charles, and Wentzville.

Any customers who remain without power as of 9 p.m. Friday are asked to call 1.800.552.7583 or go to AmerenMissouri.com/Outage to report their outage.
