Power Restoration Work Continues
More Than 38,000 Customers Have Been Restored

Significant progress has been made restoring power to Ameren Missouri customers who were impacted by high winds that caused branches and power lines to fall. Currently, the company has nearly 800 workers restoring power throughout Missouri.

More than 43,600 customers were affected at the peak of the outages. There are still 24,405 customers without power. Although many customers were restored tonight outages will remain through Friday.

“We understand that outages are frustrating,” said Michael Moehn, senior vice president, Ameren Missouri Customer Operations. “We are dedicating the people and materials needed to get power restored as quick as possible.”

Customers who are without power, or those wanting to report other power-related issues, such as low-hanging or downed lines should contact Ameren Missouri at AmerenMissouri.com/outages or by calling 1.800.552.7583. Never assume that we are aware of your outage.

Please stay away from downed lines and always assume them are energized.
