Ameren Missouri crews have worked throughout the day to restore power to more than 39,500 customers who were impacted by severe storms. Two waves of severe storms blew through the Ameren Missouri service territory overnight. Currently, there are nearly 2,400 customers still without power.
“We understand that outages disrupt customers’ lives and businesses,” said Michael Moehn, president and CEO, Ameren Missouri. “We expect to have the majority of our customers back on this evening.”
Last night’s storms knocked down many power lines. Customers are reminded to stay away from downed wires and call Ameren Missouri Contact Center at 1.800.552.7582 to report the location.
