While the first winter storm of the season has passed, more than 500 Ameren Illinois employees and contractors continue working to restore service to affected customers. Heavy wet snow on power lines, as well as high winds caused outages across the Ameren Illinois territory. Crews worked throughout the day to restore 30,000 customer outages, but some locations still remain without power.
Crews will be working throughout the night to restore power to the majority of customers. Power is expected to be restored to all customers by the times listed below. Please note these are ESTIMATES. Continuous wind and heavy snow build up could delay repairs.
