ST. LOUIS (May 10, 2018) — Representatives from Ameren Missouri, contractors and partners gathered to celebrate a year of energy savings through Ameren Missouri’s BizSavers® program. The Trade Ally Network Awards event recognized Trade Allies and partner organizations for their support of Ameren Missouri’s energy efficiency programs and outstanding service to commercial and industrial customers. Award winning companies were selected from a network of more than 250 industry experts approved by Ameren Missouri to work in partnership with the BizSavers program.
Trade Allies who saved customers the most energy in their service category were presented with awards for their achievements during a ceremony at the Saint Louis Zoo on April 19. The event was a reflection of the shared commitment of Ameren Missouri and its Trade Allies to saving customers energy and money. Trade Ally companies and partner organizations who were active in the program received recognition as “Most Outstanding” in their field among a crowd of more than 100 peers.
“At Ameren, our mission is To Power the Quality of Life and a big part of that is helping our customers find ways to save energy and money,” says Rich Wright, manager of energy efficiency at Ameren Missouri. “Trade Allies are critical to the success of the BizSavers program, helping business customers apply for cash incentives to offset the cost of energy efficiency upgrades.”
The Ameren Missouri BizSavers program provides incentives for virtually any cost-effective energy-efficient upgrade, including lighting, building controls, HVAC and many more. Many Trade Allies also design and install energy efficiency upgrades for their customers.
