- Since the storms hit Saturday afternoon and evening, causing widespread damage, we've been able to restore more than 20,000 customers.
- We made good progress over night and are focused on restoring the last several thousand customers.
- We called in crews from other parts of the state, including northeast and southeast Missouri, and had crews working overnight to repair damage.
- Additional crews began work at 4 a.m. today.
- Downed trees and lightning strikes caused the damage.
