STAFFING: More than 3,950 contractors and employees\-up from 2,700 yesterday-- are working to restore power\-150 more are expected to arrive tonight. These workers are from several states.
RESTORATION: Ameren officials originally estimated that restoration would take three to five days---but with the storm of July 21 adding 200,000 customer outages, restoration time may slip into Tuesday or Wednesday.
