Storm Restoration Update as of 5 p.m.
  • Continued Restoration Efforts Bring Total Restored to Over 280,000

  • 18,000 customers remain\-almost all in Missouri; 14,000 in St. Louis Metro Area; Power should be restored today to 99 percent of all Ameren company customers affected by the storm.

  • AmerenUE needs those customers who are still out of power to call in at 314- 342-1000 or 1-800 552-7583.

    AS A STORM OF THIS SIZE WRAPS UP, AMEREN WANTS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL CUSTOMER OUTAGES ARE ACCOUNTED FOR. ANY AMEREN CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STILL OUT OF POWER DUE TO THE RECENT WINTER STORMS OR WHO HAVE NOT YET BEEN CONTACTED BY AMEREN TODAY SHOULD CALL 314-342-1000 or 1-800-552-7583. CUSTOMERS SEEING A DOWNED WIRE SHOULD ALSO CALL AMEREN.
