STATUS UPDATE -- Only 1,200 AmerenUE customers remain without power of a total of 45,000 affected by the ice storms that hit Missouri. Outages are scattered in Jefferson City and surrounding communities, in Montgomery County and in Louisiana, Bowling Green, Excelsior Springs and communities north of Excelsior Springs. -- Power should be restored today to almost all AmerenUE customers affected by the storm. -- Again: AmerenUE needs those customers who are still out of power to call in at 314-342-1000 or 1-800-552-7583.
