Storm Restoration Wraps Up Today in St. Louis
AmerenUE Needs Those St. Louis Customers Who Are Still Out Of Power To Call In

ANY ST. LOUIS AREA AMERENUE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STILL OUT OF POWER DUE TO THE SUNDAY, SEPT. 14, STORM OR WHO SEE A DOWNED WIRE SHOULD CALL 1-800-552-7583. AS A STORM OF THIS SIZE WRAPS UP, UE WANTS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL CUSTOMER OUTAGES ARE ACCOUNTED FOR.

UE expresses thanks and deep appreciation to all customers for their patience and support during storm restoration. Thanks also go to UE employees for their hard work on the storm.

NOTE: All assigned crews will stay on the job in the St. Louis area throughout the rest of the day and into the evening to do clean-up and handle any additional outages that may occur.

STATUS UPDATE:

- 1,500 customers in St. Louis City and County remain out of power of the more than 60,000 St. Louis city and county customers affected by Sunday’s storm. Almost all power in the city and county will be restored today. 

- Approximately 6,800 customers are still out of power in Southeast Missouri where nearly 800 workers from three other utility companies and other parts of the UE service territory join UE employees in Southeast Missouri to get power restored. Power should be restored for almost all Southeast Missouri customers by tomorrow. Restoration for a few isolated Southeast Missouri areas may extend into Thursday.
