STORM RESTORATION WRAPPING UP TODAY
AMERENUE EXPECTS MOST REMAINING SOUTHEAST MISSOURI CUSTOMERS AFFECTED BY THE ICE STORM TO BE RESTORED TODAY

Storm Update: 10 a.m.

UE REQUESTS THAT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STILL OUT OF POWER CALL 1-800-552-7583. 

Anyone spotting low-hanging service wires or trees on lines should also call 1-800-552-7583.

Customers are cautioned that downed lines may pose a safety hazard and should be avoided.

UE has restored 34,000 customers affected by the ice storm and expects to restore service to the remaining 1,000 customers by end of day today--Feb. 4. Crews will stay on the job throughout the rest of the day and into the evening to do clean-up and handle any additional outages that may occur.

ANY UE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STILL OUT OF POWER DUE TO THE JANUARY 27th STORM SHOULD CALL 1-800-552-7583. ANYONE SPOTTING LOW-HANGING SERVICE WIRES OR TREES ON LINES SHOULD ALSO CALL 1-800-552-7583. AS A STORM OF THIS SIZE WRAPS UP, UE WANTS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL CUSTOMER OUTAGES ARE ACCOUNTED FOR.
